Refund and Returns Policy


Customer Purchase Agreement

Effective Date: 1 September 2025

Parties:

From Lebanon Habibi (“we,” “us,” “our”)
Customer (“you,” “your”)


1. Purchase & Delivery

All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express from Lebanon.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days from the moment DHL collects your package until delivery to your address.

Please note that delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, import regulations, or delays in settling DHL import charges (such as duties, VAT, or handling fees).
From Lebanon Habibi is not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs authorities or late payment of DHL import fees.


2. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of your order shipped via DHL Express, please note the following:

Refund Requests (Optional):
If you wish to request a refund, you must email support@fromlebanonhabibi.com with your order number to start the process.

Customer Responsibility:
Regardless of whether a refund is requested, by refusing delivery you agree to cover:

  • The original outbound shipping cost
  • Any import duties or taxes in your country
  • The return shipping cost to Lebanon
  • Any import duties/taxes charged when the parcel is received back in Lebanon
  • Non-refundable payment gateway fees (approx. 5% of the total amount paid)

Refund Calculation (Example):
If your total order was $200 and the combined costs above amount to $80, your refund would be $120.


3. Return & Refund Policy (Voluntary Returns)

Because most of our products are food items, we can only accept returns in very specific cases.

Eligibility:

  • Only non-perishable, sealed items (such as packaged crafts or sealed jars) are eligible for return.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate:
Email support@fromlebanonhabibi.com with your order number and photos of the product you wish to return. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • You must also cover (or reimburse us for) any import duties/taxes charged when DHL returns the shipment to Lebanon.

Inspection & Refund:
Once we receive the returned product:

  • If the product is confirmed unopened and in perfect condition, we will refund the total paid minus shipping, customs, and payment processing fees.
  • If the product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage, no refund will be issued.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fromlebanonhabibi.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your case and either resend or refund your order depending on the situation.


5. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles.


6. Entire Agreement

This document represents the complete agreement between From Lebanon Habibi and the Customer regarding purchase, delivery, and returns.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully enforceable.
