Worldwide from Lebanon via DHL Express—wherever you are, habibi.
How long does delivery take?
Middle East & GCC 2–3 working days; Europe 2–4; USA & Canada 3–5; Australia 4–7. From DHL pickup; customs may add time, habibi.
Are duties & taxes included in the price?
No. Import duties, VAT, and handling fees are charged by your local customs/DHL and are paid by you on delivery.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a DHL tracking link by email when your parcel is collected. If you don’t see it, check spam or email support@fromlebanonhabibi.com and we’ll resend it, habibi.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?
Email support@fromlebanonhabibi.com within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging; we’ll replace or refund after review.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@fromlebanonhabibi.com within 12 hours of purchase (before DHL pickup). After pickup, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
How much is shipping?
It’s calculated at checkout based on destination and weight—you’ll see the cost before you pay.
How should I store items after opening?
Jars & pickles: refrigerate after opening. Spices & zaatar: keep sealed in a cool, dry place. Always use a clean, dry spoon.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
DHL needs a street address and phone number. P.O. boxes aren’t supported.
